2003 SDASLA Design Awards in Planning Communication Technology for the "Northwest Family Housing Gardening Calendar" and "Gold Nugget" Awards for recreation design, model home landscaping, entry monuments, signage and other aspects of residential community design from the Building Industry Association of San Diego County. Award of Distinction for Public Access Design from the California Coastal Commission. Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Planning for a Specific Plan from the American Planning Association, San Diego Chapter. Awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects, San Diego Chapter. An "Orchid Award" from the Annual San Diego Design Professional Awards Program. A "City Beautification" Award from the City of Chula Vista. The "Naval Facility Master Plan of the Year" Award from the U.S. Navy.
